And I post here now to give fair warning that if JeffSees does not cease and desist from posting his false accusations and misrepresentations about me, I will have to reconsider my decision to stop posting to this blog.

Brenda, you should check in with your local temporary work agencies. See if you can find one who handles lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants. That is the best way to get started in any business if you have no experience.

Bodies found in rapist's home
Up to six bodies, many of them badly decomposed, have been found in the United States home of a convicted rapist arrested on Saturday, police say.
Police chief Michael McGrath says there were "three bodies located" at the home of Anthony Sowell, 50.
The remains of three more victims are believed to have been discovered in the Cleveland, Ohio home.
Authorities are awaiting confirmation from the coroner.
Released in 2005 after spending years in prison for a 1989 rape, Sowell was arrested in his Cleveland neighbourhood on Saturday after a local resident recognised him and notified police.
The first two bodies, both females, were found on Thursday when a SWAT team entered the house with a search warrant, Mr McGrath said in a briefing aired by local media. A third body was also discovered.
"We also have removed from the scene what we believe to be three additional bodies, but that has not yet been confirmed from the coroner's office," he said.
Some of the bodies may have been in the home up to six months, he said, citing the coroner who was conducting the autopsies.
As authorities worked to establish the victims' identities, Cleveland police initiated a search of missing person records from June 2005, when Sowell was released after serving a 15-year prison term for rape.
Department Lieutenant Thomas Stacho said police searched Sowell's home because he was named as a suspect in a rape and assault case.
"It was such a disgusting sight" that homicide detectives discouraged Lieutenant Stacho from going into the house, he told CNN.
"I can tell you I stood outside the home for about an hour yesterday and the stench from inside was overwhelming."
The United States has experienced several gruesome multiple murders in recent months, including a case in September in which a Florida man was charged with slaying his wife and five small children.

Hi Jeffsees and Hi BrendaStar. I got your emails, and I have been peeking in, but haven't had much time to myself for lots of reason, so couldn't really get to involved as is always what happens. I will try to respond to your emails tomorrow.
BrendaStar I don't know how bad you want it, but if you think your life is tough right now, I would suggest you do not seek a legal secretary position or any other law firm position. It is grueling and a thankless job for most support staff. I have had a hard time being happy with it for several years not. After first going to business school for 2 years, deciding to go on to college for 3 years, and then law school which I somehow managed to get through in 2 years. I owed so much for my education, I had to stick with it, but it has not been fun or fulfilling and I have not been happy. Most I know are not. Its rush rush and money money. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll come back and chat with you about it, but not sure I will be around tomorrow yet.

Boogie (hugs) Brenda back. It has been an experience huh. I have been very well thanks.
We had this woman working at the firm, over 3 1/2 years ago her husband tried to kill her but she got away. When she called the police, they did not take it serious at all because she had called one week prior and thought she brought it on herself because she did not leave him after the last time they were there. (so the story was, we now wonder)
wonder where she is, and if she is safe or not?
Anyway, administration knew that because he tried to kill her, and the police didn't arrest him, and he was crazy, that they had to protect the staff if he should come after her at work. So they hired a guard for her/the firm, who went whereever she went while at work for 2 months. Even though the firm pressed the situation past the police and direct to the District Attorney, that was a time consuming and he was still running loose for a couple months.
Finally, the District Attorney investigated, had officers reinvestigating and he was arrested. The problem she had with this creep that night was that they had separated, but he moved 2 trailer homes down and they still had contact. That was always heated contact because she split with him after finding out that he had hid from her that he was a sex offender. He spent 6 years in prison for having sexual intercourse with his daughter, and didn't tell her.
This women up here was denied three times for a restraining order and her ex ended up coming to her door and when she opened it she had their three yr old daughter in her arms and that physcho had a sword with him and he started to slice her as soon as she opened the door with her daughter still in her arms and he almost killed her but she survived...
I bet that judge felt like an asshole after that!

see I think it is so hard for parents not to seek vigilante justice when it comes to hurting their own children....
we did so much for this employee, it was a really heart wrenching thing. She divorced him, he put her through hell from jail over that. Very hateful stuff that she didn't mind telling us about and did. On our sabbatical, it was rather shocking/disgusting/mind altering/.../.../... She exposed by bringing with her her husband on our trip!!!!! Yes, she remarried him while he was in prison, and she apparently thought nothing of it to bring him on our sabbatical!!!!
I don't think I will tell you any more, as it was not the nicest sabbatical. I destroyed everything and everyone's mood.

Brenda, this was a firm sabbatical. The entire local firm went on it. Most everyone knew and worked there when this all happened to her. They eventually left. People just could not contain their feelings and words.
She did come to work the following Monday. Really and truly as nothing had happened. It is really hard on everyone to be civil and kind. I would hate to be our office administrator right now. I can't describe it.

No, her and her sick husband left. The staff did not. They were pretty uncomfortable. She just kept quickly passing by at first introducing him as her husband and moving on. A couple people knew him so it hit the fan and opened up all over the place.

yeah I hear ya Boogie I am glad about a lot of things that occurred with that whole thing.. Although I have wondered what ever happened but then I just push it away.. out of my mind.. but I am very aware of my surroundings.. All the girls at my last job would say if a rapist tried to attack you hed have another thing coming.. but I do know you can not be a victim that you have to be victorious!
